Northville High School’s Homecoming festivities kick off Friday, October 3rd with the parade at 6:00 p.m., starting at Old Village School and ending at Sports Den Field. The Mustangs take on Canton at 7:00 p.m., with the Homecoming King and Queen crowned at halftime.

Northville High School Choirs present their Fall Concert, Day and Night, Songs from Dawn to Dusk, on Wednesday, October 22 at 7:00 p.m. in the NHS Auditorium. Tickets are $10, with optional donations supporting the spring Choir Tour and special recognition for gifts of $40 or more.

The September issue of Connections highlights exciting moments across Northville Public Schools, including a record-breaking Color My World Color Run, updates on the school meal program, and details about the upcoming Baseline Blitz benefiting the Northville Education Foundation.

The Northville Board of Education approved a new collective bargaining agreement with the Northville Education Association at its September 23, 2025 meeting, reflecting a shared commitment to collaboration in service of students, staff, and families. The 2026-27 school year calendar has also been finalized, with the first day of school set for August 31, 2026, and a four-day Labor Day weekend from September 4-7.

Northville Public Schools will fund free breakfast and lunch for all students through October 31, 2025 while the state continues to work on finalizing the K-12 budget, which includes funding for the Michigan School Meals program. If the state has not passed a budget by November 1, schools will return to the standard meal eligibility process, and families are encouraged to complete the Education and Nutrition Benefits Form now to prepare.
