If your student plans to play sports for the 2019-20 school year, you must have an MHSAA sports physical form on file in the office dated AFTER
April 15, 2018. Click on the header for the MHSAA sports physical form and Pay to Participate form.
Please note that the supply lists are simply suggestions of helpful items and are strictly voluntary.
Reminder to all families with children entering 7th grade as well as NEW families to the district requiring current immunizations to start school on September 3, 2019. Either current immunizations or a waiver from the county Health Department must be on file in the Meads Mill office by September 3, 2019, or your child will not be able to start school. Your student’s medication(s) must be picked up at school on or before Friday, June 21st. Medications not picked up by this date will be disposed of according to district guidelines.
