Important Immunization Information for 7th Grade and NEW Students
All immunizations must be up to date and on file in the school office prior to the first day of school in accordance with the Michigan state law enacted in 2014. Your child must have an updated immunization record OR an immunization waiver from the county Health Department BEFORE the start of 2025-2026 school year. Contact your child’s medical provider to arrange for any needed immunizations or your local Health Department to arrange an appointment for the educational session required to obtain the waiver. Your child may be excluded from school until vaccinations are up to date. Health information link
