The Lighthouse Academic Honor Roll was created to recognize Leader in Me schools that have met both the rigorous requirements necessary to achieve and maintain Lighthouse School Certification and shown exemplary academic growth or proficiency as measured by state accountability standards.

We are starting a new video segment called Classroom Close-Up where we will take a behind the scenes look into different classrooms around the district to see what a lesson looks like.

Northville Public Schools recently rolled out a Therapy Dog pilot program at all six elementary schools.

Northville Public Schools (NPS) is actively engaged in a continuous improvement cycle to ensure that our students, families and staff continue to grow and achieve as they reach for A World of Possibilities.

Based on the recently-released Michigan Student Test of Educational Progress, or M-STEP, the students at Northville Public Schools have demonstrated and/or exceeded proficiency scores at or above levels seen prior to the pandemic.

The annual program awards scholarships to top-performing high school seniors to continue their studies in an undergraduate program. Semifinalists represent less than 1 percent of high school seniors in the U.S.

The response from stakeholders was appreciated, as we had about 40 individuals who indicated interest in serving on the Committee.
